Made-to-Order Production

All items are made-to-order. Orders are submitted for production after they are placed. Once production has begun, we generally cannot modify or cancel an order, except where required by applicable law.

Please double-check your sizing, selected design, any personalization and shipping information before completing your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrect size selected by the customer, except where required by applicable law. This does not apply to defective, damaged or incorrect items.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@raversclub.store with photos of the issue and your order number. This reporting window does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Shipping

Production and shipping times vary depending on your location and product. Delivery estimates can be affected by shipping carriers and other circumstances beyond our control. A carrier delay does not automatically qualify an order for a refund, but this does not limit rights relating to non-delivery or delayed shipment under applicable law.

If we cannot ship your order within the time stated, we will notify you and provide any options required by applicable law, including consent to a revised shipment date or cancellation and a refund where required.

Intellectual Property

Original designs, graphics and content owned by RAVERS CLUB may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission, except where permitted by applicable law. Third-party names, marks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Product Variations & Limitation of Liability

Please use our size guides before ordering. We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing choices made by the customer. Minor color differences caused by monitor settings and minor variations between product mockups and finished items can occur.

These statements do not exclude responsibility for defective, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed products, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this notice and our Terms of Service and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. Nothing in this notice limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
